Prices exclude VAT. Half is invoiced when you sign the engagement letter and half when the findings are delivered.
If we find little, you pay half.
If a review finds less than twice its fee in potential additional revenue, we refund half the fee. The guarantee and how potential revenue is counted are set out in your engagement letter.
Monthly follow-up.
We check your new records each month, track every finding from potential to approved, invoiced and collected, and measure whether process changes are working. You get a monthly summary and a review call.
